5 Card stud poker

It is nit a very popular game. It is hard to find a casino where you can play it. There are some reasons of this. It resembles 7-Card stud is maximal stakes, ante and table size. Usually it is played by friends. Rules differ.

Starting
Dealer deals out cards, 2 to each player. First cards is dealt face down (pocket card), the second one is exposed.

This is a high time to bet. The owner of the highest card starts. After all players have bet, the third card is dealt out.

Third round
The third card is dealt exposed. 7-Card stud stakes are used.

Fourth round
Stakes of the 7-Card stud game during the sixth round.

Firth round
As a rule the last card is dealt exposed. Stakes of the 7-Card stud game`s seventh round.

Problem
The main reason why this game was not widely spread is that it is led openly. 4 cards tell everything about the player`s hand. Besides, only 5 cards are dealt out, so it`s a challenge to get a good pair.

As a result even inexperienced player may come out clear. However, friends may find it interesting. Now let say a word about other types of the game. 5-Card stud may be palyed with 2 concealed cards: first one and the last one. In this case there is a chance to increase the winnings. Nevertheless, casinos do not propose this game nowadays.
